The military plane carried 14 people heading from Nay Pyi Taw. capital of the country to Pyin Oo Lwin and it crashed at Pyin Oo Lwin in Mandalay.
Zaw Min Tun said officers are currently conducting rescue operations. And the exact number of deaths has not been confirmed. The Mandalay Fire Brigade's social media reported that 12 people had died.

The information technology department of the Myanmar State Executive Council stated that Two people have been rescued and sent to a military hospital for treatment.
