But Jordan Brand hasn’t forgotten about the consumer either, and over the past year or so has dropped some awesome UNC-inspired colorways for us to buy. And 2021 will be no different.

Among the shoes that are set to release for Jordan Brand is a UNC-inspired Air Jordan 4 that was set to release earlier in 2021. However, the release was delayed and pushed back a bit but we finally have an updated release date.The Nike Air Jordan 4 SE “University Blue” now has a new release date of April 28th, moving back a month from the previous release date of March 30th.

While the Nike Air Jordan 4 SE “UNC” doesn’t have the Tar Heels logo on it, it’s dressed in that classic Carolina Blue for the upper and complimented with black, grey and white accents throughout the shoe. On the tongue, there is a Jordan Brand logo that rounds off the design.

These are similar to the Air Jordan 4’s that were also inspired by UNC a few years back with the biggest difference being no Tar Heels logo on the tongue.
