After removing the 6-point screw of the rope guide, the rope guide can be removed along the wire rope. During this period, be sure to arrange the wire rope. 1. First remove the fixing screws fixed on the rope guide.

2. Unfold the rope guide, turn the side with the stop on the rope guide outwards, and insert the rope guide into the electric hoist.

3. Put the wire rope head into the rope guide, adjust the rope guide, and straighten out the winding sequence of the wire rope.

4. Put the wire rope head into the fixed pile and wedge it tightly with an iron wedge.

5. Fix the rope guide and install all the fixing screws of the rope guide.

6. Start the electric hoist and adjust the rope guide. It is the best to ensure that the rope guide can accurately cut off the fire up and down without letting the wire rope slack.
