residential ac repair

The AC turns on and I can hear the fan blowing, however, the air emerging from the vents isn't cool.

Worked fine last year, yet this year it's having issues.

We opened up the AC interestingly since we purchased the house and took out a channel that was introduced backward and furthermore totally black.

Currently took a stab at replacing the brilliant indoor regulator with an imbecilic one, yet it didn't help.

Different settings:

The house is right now perusing 30C, FAN is set to Auto (different choices are CIRC/ON), I've set it to HOLD 21C forever.

Something else I could attempt or would it be a good idea for me to call a residential ac repair?

Anybody got a specialist they need to suggest
