Topic: Precautions for installation and use of chain hoist
1. The chain hoist Crane factory that is newly installed or installed after disassembly and inspection needs to be idling several times, but this operation must be performed after the installation is completed, and it is strictly forbidden to power on and try it before the installation is complete;
2. The dynamic load test is to perform repeated lifting and left-right movement tests with the rated load weight. After the test, check whether the mechanical transmission part, electrical part and connection part are normal and reliable;
3. Before normal use, perform a static load test with a rated load of 125%, lifting about 100mm from the ground and 10 minutes to check whether it is normal;
4. The electric hoist should be operated by a special person, and the operator should fully grasp the safe operation regulations, and it is strictly forbidden to pull the inclined crane;
5. During use, it is forbidden to use it in an environment that is not allowed and exceeds the rated load and the rated number of starts per hour (120 times);
6. During the use of the chain hoist, if a fault is found, the main power supply should be cut off immediately;
7. During installation, debugging and maintenance, strictly check whether the limit device is flexible and reliable. When the hook is raised to the upper limit position, the distance between the hook shell and the reel shell must be greater than 50mm (10t, 16t, 20t need to be greater than 120mm). When the hook is lowered to the lower limit position, the safety loop of the steel wire rope on the drum shall be ensured, and the effective safety loop shall be more than 2 loops;
8. It is not allowed to press two flashlight buttons that make the electric hoist move in the opposite direction at the same time;
9. Special personnel should check the chain hoist regularly during use, and take measures in time when faults are found, and carefully record them;
10. When oiling the steel wire rope, use a hard brush or a small piece of soft wood. It is strictly forbidden to directly oil the working wire rope by hand;
11. When adjusting the braking sliding amount of the electric hoist, ensure that the braking sliding amount S≤V/100 under the rated load (V is the stable lifting distance within 1 min under the load);
12. When using the electric hoist, keep enough lubricating oil and keep the lubricating oil clean, free of impurities and dirt;
13. When the electric hoist is not working, it is not allowed to hang heavy objects in the air to prevent the parts from deforming;
14. After the work is completed, the main switch of the power supply should be opened and the power supply should be cut off.
