3. Pulley group: mainly check the wear of the rope groove, whether the wheel flange is cracked and whether the pulley is stuck on the shaft.
4. Wheels: Regularly check the rim and tread surface, and replace the new wheel when the wear or crack of the rim reaches 10% of the thickness.
5. Brake: Check once per shift. The brake should act accurately, and the pin should not be stuck. The brake shoe should fit the brake wheel correctly, and the brake shoe gap should be equal when the brake is released.
2. Attentions for crane maintenance
The first is the maintenance of the crane pulley: the pulley guard should be installed firmly, without damage or obvious deformation; the pulley rotates flexibly, smoothly and without cracks, and the flange part has no defects or damage to the wire rope; the uneven wear of the wheel groove is up to 3mm . Or when the wall thickness wear reaches 20% of the original wall thickness, or the bottom diameter of the wheel groove decreases to 50% of the wire rope diameter, the pulley should be scrapped.
Secondly, it is the overhaul of the crane hook: the wear of the dangerous section of the hook should not exceed 10% of the original size. The wear of the hook bushing should not exceed 50% of the original size, and the wear of the spindle should not exceed the original size. 5% of the size; the surface should be smooth and clean, without defects such as cracks and sharp angles. Repair welding of defects on the hook is not allowed; cracks are strictly prohibited on the dangerous section of the lower part of the hook and the undercut section of the thread part of the hook;
The last is the overhaul of the crane wire rope: the fixed pressure plate at the end of the wire rope should be ≥2; the length of the wire rope must ensure that when the hook is lowered to a low position (including the pit), the wire rope remaining on the drum is not less than 3 turns; the wire rope should be No kinks, dead corners, hard bends, plastic deformation, hemp core out and other serious deformations, and good lubrication conditions.
