Operation and precautions during equipment operation: Lifting heavy objects must not exceed the types specified by the crane. It is strictly forbidden to stand or walk under heavy objects during operation; do not overload the use; no oil stains on the brake belt; no oil stains on the brake belt; no Safety protection measures, no part of the human body is allowed to be placed under the lifting objects; the lifting chain should be hung vertically, and its inclination should be kept within the range of the angle between the chain and the plumb line not greater than 10°-15°, and the double-row chain must not be used. Turn over and twist. When the diameter of the worn part of the chain is reduced by 10% of the original diameter, the chain should be replaced with a new one. The chain must be replaced when plastic elongation reaches 5% of the original length. The chain is severely rusted and must not be used. Strictly follow the lifting safety operating procedures. It is strictly forbidden to lift flammable and explosive objects. This machine is not suitable for carrying people or lifting splash injuries. Human corrosive objects; when lifting, the lower hook shall not contact the body, and the distance between the two shall not be less than 50mm.

Equipment maintenance and maintenance: Check regularly and find out whether there are any abnormalities in each part of the Crane factory, such as: open welding, deformation of the chain link, etc.; report and solve the abnormality in time. Due to the high humidity, wipe the surface with a clean cloth after use, dry it and add lubricating oil, and keep it in a dry and ventilated place to prevent rust.
