The motor cannot be started when no load
The cause of the failure: the power supply circuit, the stator three phases and one phase are out of power, and the power supply voltage is low.
Elimination method: check the voltage between the power lines, check the fuse and each phase power supply, check the voltage, check whether the spring and the shaft hole are stuck.
The motor cannot start when loaded
The cause of the fault: short-circuit between turns of the stator winding, overload, and low voltage.
Elimination method: check the resistance of each phase and the circuit of each phase, check the motor load power supply, and check the voltage.
Motor overheating
Causes of failure: short circuit between turns of motor stator winding, power supply voltage is too high or too low, motor overload, brake action is slow.
Elimination method: motor stator winding, check motor load power supply, check power supply voltage, check whether the spring and shaft hole are flexible.
Fuse blown
Causes of failure: short circuit between two phases, heavy load, and low voltage.
Elimination method: repair winding, reduce load, increase voltage.
Low insulation resistance or breakdown
Causes of failure: phase-to-ground short circuit, insulation aging or damage, dirty, damp winding or wiring, motor overheating.
Elimination methods: repair the windings, check the insulation, blow the interior with dry compressed air, disassemble and dry or use after treatment, disassemble and check, to prevent continued heat generation.
The motor vibrates too much and the noise is too loud
Causes of failure: excessive shaft hole clearance, improper assembly, damaged or poor bearings, unbalanced rotor, uneven air gap.
Elimination method: check the size of the shaft hole, check the condition of the device, and adjust, replace the bearing, check the balance, check the relevant size and shape tolerance, and adjust the air gap.
Failure during braking
The cause of the failure: the brake ring is worn out, the spring is invalid, and the friction surface is not clean.
Elimination method: replace the brake ring, exchange the spring, clean the friction surface.
