1, routine maintenance should focus on checking pulley cracks appear, it can also be viewed through a magnifying glass. The pulley should be disposed immediately if found cracks . The electric hoist pulley system continue to use is forbidden by welding cracks.
2, check whether there is intense friction between the electric hoist pulley system grooves and wire rope, whether there is a phenomenon of wire rope disengage from the grove
