Need suggestions!!!

Hey! This is for my sister. My younger sister is seventeen years old. She has some skin problems on her face, and it worries her. Her face was clean, but now the acne and scars made it quite unpleasant. One of my friends asked me to take her to Botox treatment in Toronto. I want to make sure whether the treatment is safe for her. Does anyone here have an idea about it? I would appreciate any insight on this. Thanks in advance.
