Karina Weingard is a PhD in Psychology and Personal Development Specialist, founder of The Veingard Research Institute for Personality Perfection, creator of the Three Levels of Awareness concept and author of several books.
In her works and speeches, in courses and seminars, she tells that any person is an integral personality, and that one should always remain that person. Therefore, first of all, you need to understand and evaluate your resources, and then learn how to use them in any situation.
The original methodology of Dr. Weingard is based on the assertion that self-improvement is impossible without a crisis, which consists in getting to know oneself. That is, first you need to get to know yourself, and then - to become the director of your own life.
At the heart of the concept of levels of awareness are mainly her own developments and a special attitude to the world - in particular, the unique ability to see the potential in each person. For the first time this gift manifested itself in early childhood, when the girl did not even know how to read and write.
Childhood and education of Karina Weingard
Already at the age of 6-7, even before entering school, Karina was not only fond of drawing up psychological portraits of others, but she did it with frightening accuracy. Of course, these were only observations of a child, but the weirder they looked: it is one thing when an adult tells you about you, your desires, dreams and hopes, and quite another when a little girl does the same.
Karina's parents took her to psychotherapists, but were already ready to show her daughter to some healers, shamans or seers. This was not required, all psychologists unanimously argued that the girl has a very strong empathy and she really feels people fine, but there is no curse or superpower in this - this is her vocation.
After graduating from university, Karina successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis. And the next stage in her biography was her studies in Europe. There she received a doctorate in psychological sciences and clearly realized in which area she wanted to develop further.
Since then, all her works have been, in one way or another, devoted to the creation of a methodology for a comprehensive analysis of personality. At the same time, Karina tried not to get hung up on details and not go to extremes, which, by the way, is a characteristic feature of almost all psychological schools.
