Act prep

My Score in English is 17 on the test, yet in the practice, I get 35-40 out of 75

I'm reading for Apr Act prep, I will concentrate up to 8-10 hours per day to get an absolute score of 30-31 that is all I need. My score is 20 I am terrible In the English segment and I don't have the full essentials, so Exhort me with books, technique, or anything or any Way I can proceed onward this 2 months ( I have premium participation on Magoosh )
