The Government Gazette website publishes the announcement of the Royal Thai Police. Regarding the determination of the amount of fines as compared for offenses under the Road Traffic Act B.E. 2522, with a total of 155 fines, with a fine of 200 - 1,000 baht, effective from August 2020 at past

     Examples of offenses according to The Road Traffic Act B.E. 2522 that is frequently encountered such as

Bringing a car that is unstable, strong or may be dangerous to use on the road, fined 400 baht
Do not provide the car with an engine equipment or complete parts under the law, fined 400 baht
Bringing a vehicle without a license plate to be used on the road, fined 500 baht
Bringing a vehicle whose engine produces gas, dust, smoke or noise beyond the specified threshold, fined 1,000 baht
Failure to follow traffic signs and traffic signs fined 500 baht
Not having a driver's license with you and may not show it to the traffic officer, fined 200 baht.
Driving in a manner obstructing traffic, fined 400 baht.
Driving recklessly or dreadfully, fined 400 baht
Driving on the sidewalk without reasonable cause, fined 500 baht.
Using a mobile phone while driving without using an accessory to talk to a 400 baht fine
Overtaking another vehicle on the left, fined 500 baht.
Stop the vehicle in the area marked with a no-stop sign, fined 300 baht.
Stop the car in a safe area, fined 200 baht.
