Looking for mental health centers

Hello, I am Mary, I'm looking for some suggestions. My nephew is behaving differently lately. He is not showing any interest in spending time with friends or family nor is he interested in playing badminton, which was his favorite hobby back. He is spending time alone these days. I tried to talk with him, but he is not responding in any way. I am planning to take him to a good mental health center. One of our relatives suggested Compass Health Center in Chicago. Does anyone know about this place? Please comment with your opinions. Thank you.
