Does anybody know more about rhinoplasty surgery?

Hi, everyone. I have a birth defect which disturbs me a lot so for solving this big issue finally, I came up with a solution. I think rhinoplasty surgery would help me to recover from this. Recently, my relative suggested a clinic that does rhinoplasty in Mississauga and I think it is reliable and affordable. Does anybody know more about rhinoplasty surgery? Is nose surgery painful? Share your opinions.
