Topic: How might I make video in picture J of zoomed pictures?

I have a grouping of 150 stage contrast time pass pictures. I need to zoom and make a film with Time Lapse Services in Dubai keeping single cell in a video. Has anyone attempted in imageJ?

1.    Using the remote supplie with the Internet device, press the amazon.com/mytv Home button.
2.    Select Amazon.com/Video icon located under Featured apps.
3.    From the amazon.com/mytv App, select Register on the Amazon mytv website.
4.    Using a computer, go to setup direct link http://primevideo.com/mytv.
5.    Sign-in with an active e-mail address and password or click Create your amazon.com/mytv account.
6.    Use the code written down on step 3 to link the device with the www.amazon.com/mytv account.
7.    Select Continue.
8.    A confirmation message appears on the amazon my TV screen if registration is successful.
9.    Select Continue on your TV Amazon my Video app to enjoy Amazon tv Prime Video.
