Are there any festivals or parties happening in Nevada?

Hi all, I'm John from Nevada. I need some suggestions. My brother is visiting me next month. He just completed his university graduation and is looking to have some fun time here. Are there any festivals or parties happening here so that I can take my brother over there to have a great time. I happened to read a blog about this music festival in Vegas. Can anyone who has been there please share your experience? How fun is it? Will there be a huge crowd and loud kinds of music? Are there any other better suggestions I can consider?
