Sympathetic help. I got my life partner a £300 pair of Hugo trainer shoes as a treat to laud his new position. Inside 4 hours of wearing them, they started stripping. I endeavored to return them to the store and was told I wouldn't be given a markdown as they had been rejected. I wrote to Hugo's manager with photographs and they have said it considers coincidental damage and they won't limit me. The shoes were not scratched, they are stripping and they should last more than 4 hours in London. Compassionate help. I have never been told by any association that I can't get a markdown and I completely can't resist the urge to repudiate Hugo's manager's customer support. £300 for 4 hours of wear! They are not useful which is as they should be. How might I have the option to react?
