Reducer: The third-class dead axle helical gear transmission structure is adopted; gear and gear axle are made of heat treated alloy steel, case and case cover with precise assembly and good seal are made of quality cast iron;the reducer is independent,so it is easy to load and unload it.
Motor: Hoist Motor is an taper type rotor motor with braking, has bigger torque, can be adapted to moving frequently.
Gear Box: Hoist Gear Box has specially treated gears for high wear resistance. Each Geared Shaft assembly is supported on ball or roller bearings , to ensure smooth, low-friction operation.
