Topic: 5 Ton Single Girder Overhead Crane Installation in Maldives
Mr Oscar and his team planed to stay in Male from 23th to 30th in October 2016 to finish the installation working of the 5 ton single girder overhead crane for one of our customers in Male.
About our customer:
(Fuel Suppliers Maldives Pvt Ltd) is dedicated to maintain its position as a leader in providing quality Fuel Products and Services to business, community and individuals through a highly trained staff while maintaining the obligation of the society. Because the working site is located on a island, so Mr Oscar and engineer have to go to work by boats, at least twice one day.

5 Ton single girder overhead crane installation site
The crane mode: HD European single girder overhead crane machine,
Parameters: 5 Ton capacity, 24.38 Meters span and 10.7 Meters lift height, Power supply 400V 50HZ 3P, here is the technical drawing:
HD European single girder overhead crane is used for the maintenance for the fuels boats, which are always working in the sea to collect fuels, after 4 years, it will come back to the maintenance warehouse to maintenance main parts.

With the adequate preparation, the installation of the 5 Ton single girder overhead crane goes smoothly, electrical installation is the main task. During electrical connection, there is a small problem: lift motor adjustment, firstly Mr Oscar and engineers did not find the drawings at site, so they have to install fully through their technical ability. Along with customer’s cooperation, they solve the problem at last .The project manager Mr Solah told Mr Oscar that he was very satisfied with the 5 Tons single girder overhead crane whole installation process. 25 Ton Double Drum Electric Winch
After finished 5 ton single girder overhead crane installation , Mr Solah ask Mr Oscar to give the solution of the existed damaged winch , which was used for pulling the working boats from the sea to maintenance warehouse .

After talked with technical engineers , Mr Oscar give the solution of 25 Tons double drum electric winch , the wire rope length 600 meters , together with one set 6 sleave pulley block , which can bear 150 Tons capacity . If so, Mr Solah need to remove previous foundation and establish the new foundation as our technical drawing.

3 Tons Pillar Fixed Jib Crane with Rotation
Besides the 25 tons double drum electric winch , Mr Solah also require the design for 3 Tons pillar fixed jib crane , which will be located besides the sea coast and be used for loading and unloading goods from boats .
The 3 tons pillar fixed jib crane parameters: 3 Tons capacity, 8 meters lift height and 10 meters total arm length, rotation: 360 degree, the technical drawing is as below:
