In order to ensure the safety performance of electric chain hoist, we need to comply with the following 24 operating specifications.

In special conditions such as low temperature, high temperature and corrosive environment, the chain must be replaced every six months and the hook must be replaced every two years.
When the electroplating plant and surface heat treatment plant are in use, regular inspections must be done every month and the chain must be replaced once a year.
Do not lift the electric chain hoist beyond the rated load.
Confirm whether the working level and use conditions of the electric chain hoist used are consistent.
When the electric chain hoist is used under the impact of the impact force, the chain must be replaced once a year in a high-frequency operation state.
After the chain is broken, it cannot be used after self-welding.
The chain should be used after applying lubricating oil.
Add lubricating oil in time for gears, bearings and other frictional parts.
The crane that has not been used for a long time should be properly kept after proper anti-rust treatment.
The electric chain hoist shall not be disassembled or modified without authorization. If necessary, the manufacturer must be entrusted to modify it.
The danger of two cranes co-lifting the same load should be avoided. When used in unavoidable circumstances, they should be used with sufficient specifications and with great care.

Electric chain hoists must not use chains other than the specified grade (above ISO 80).
Don't use electric hoist with insufficient head.
