b. If there is no truck or other equipment to be transported, the structural parts should be placed on a flat car to be dragged, and dragging on the ground or raceway is prohibited.

c. When storing, it should be placed stably, and the sleepers should be placed flat and cushioned. The sleepers should be placed symmetrically, and the ground should be solid. It should not sink for a long time, which will cause the structural parts to deform. If the crane is placed for a long period of time, measures such as sun protection, wind protection, rain protection, and corrosion protection should be properly applied.

2. Before installation, organize relevant personnel to study the drawings carefully, and eliminate the deformation and defects caused by improper transportation or improper storage according to the technical requirements. Especially for the deformation of the metal structure, it can be installed after correction.

3. After the gantry Crane factory arrives, the parts and components should be counted according to the packing list, and the results should be recorded on the equipment file card (provided by the user).

4. The equipment that arrives in the sub-division (not the complete assembly) should be pre-installed on the ground, and the pre-installed measurement must meet the drawings and relevant requirements before erecting in whole or in part. When pre-installing, it must be installed according to the crane installation and connection part label drawing. If you find that the product has a problem that the user cannot solve, please contact the manufacturer immediately, otherwise the crane will not be able to deal with this type of problem after it is erected on the plant.

5. For equipment with a long storage period (generally more than twelve months), especially the equipment placed in the open air, check the rust and remove the stains before installation, and re-paint and assemble it if necessary. The inner wall of the lubricating oil pipe must be washed, and the oil must be re-oiled so that the rotating parts can rotate flexibly. It is also necessary to check whether the connecting parts are firm and reliable.
