Confirm that the S/N codes and CH channel numbers of the receiver and transmitter are consistent.
Check whether the quartz crystal of the transmitter is broken or falling off.
The LED light of the transmitter is always on, and the operation button has no response
Do not press the “Start” button, just press the “Up, Down” and other action keys. The transmitter should flash red quickly to indicate an error in the startup mode. If not, it means that the microprocessor control unit is faulty, or the power supply wiring is abnormal.
According to the normal start-up procedure, the power indicator light is red, and the magnetic key cannot be started up or removed: the magnet is off or the magnetron on the circuit board is broken, install the magnet or replace the magnetron, the emergency method can be directly to the magnet The two ends of the control tube are short-circuited.
It may be that the remote control of the crane is stuck, open the back cover to remove the battery, and then reinstall it to solve the problem.
Individual buttons of the crane remote control do not work
Confirm whether the output fuse of the relay is blown, and replace it with a spare fuse if necessary.
Confirm whether the original remote control system is working normally. If it is normal, look for the original maintenance of the machine.
