There is no gear at the end of the running track of the electric chain hoist crane. According to the "Crane Safety Regulations", the rail end stop device should be firm and reliable to prevent the crane from derailing.
The protective shell of the electric chain hoist crane motor has fallen off. According to regulations, during normal work or maintenance, in order to prevent foreign objects from entering or to prevent the operation of electric hoist cranes from dangerous parts to personnel, protection devices should be provided. The exposed moving parts of the crane that may hurt people, such as open gears, bearings, transmission shafts, sprockets, chains, transmission belts, pulleys, etc., should be equipped with protective covers.
The limit control line of the electric hoist is disconnected and the limit is invalid. Lifting mechanism should be equipped with lifting height limiter.
