Plan OR Need To Do It I Intellectually?

My test is in like 17 days, I have not learned by any stretch of the imagination. My last piece of coursework was expected on friday, my instructor called me out of class since I didn't present the draft, she permitted me till Saturday morning and I didn't submit it. Ive been stressing over it and pondering doing it the entire week, I take a stab at telling myself 6pm, and its eight and I have not begun. I need to do it however regardless of the amount I plan or need to do it I intellectually and genuinely can't. I dont realize what to tell my educator now at Getcoursehelp.com, I truly needed to do it yet I just couldnt. I need to read for the test, I made a multi day plan and I never followed it, what do I do, what do I tell her?
